Q: Can I select only
some of your services and do some work myself?
A: Absolutely. Our services are designed
to support a merchant’s activities. However, we certainly can
provide the full complement if the client wishes.
Q: Do you have
a fixed fee schedule?
A: No, each client has unique needs.
We will ask you a set of questions on the phone and based upon your
answers we will customize our offer to you. Some of our services are
based on hourly consulting fees, others are per project and the majority
are structured as a combination of base fee and per transaction charges.
Q: Are your
prices competitive?
A: We make every attempt to provide
you with the best prices for the level of service we provide. In fact,
we have created a unique pool and cell system which allows us to stock
and handle like products in a group. The result is greatly reduced set-up
and base fees.
Q: How many
clients can you handle and how many transaction can you process per
day.
A: At any one time, we handle between 25
and 50 accounts. The transaction per day volume is only limited to available
inventory and adequate planning.
Q: Do you only
handle consumer direct sales?
A: No, we also handle business to business
transactions.
